About Us

About SXMN

Building reliable, accessible software to eliminate operational drag.

Our Story

Origins & Development Journey

SXMN was started in June 2022 in Vietnam as a technology project focused on workflow automation and computational productivity. The founding premise was straightforward: modern knowledge workers are burdened by repetitive tasks across disparate software systems that should be handled seamlessly by software.

Since its inception in 2022, the project has engaged in continuous research into modern language models, structured reasoning, and document intelligence. Rather than building speculative hype, we focus squarely on engineering reliability, clean interfaces, and dependable software architecture for businesses.

The Problem We Want to Solve

Growing organizations lose thousands of productive hours each year copying data between applications, reviewing dense routine documents, and coordinating routine updates. Most existing enterprise automation platforms are either too rigid or prohibitively complex for small-to-medium teams.

Product & Engineering Principles

Reliability over Novelty

AI capabilities must behave predictably with deterministic guardrails and typed data structures.

Human-in-the-Loop

Automation should empower human judgment, offering clear inspectability and approval checkpoints.

Transparent Positioning

We do not exaggerate capabilities, claim fictitious partnerships, or make promises beyond working software.

Privacy by Architecture

Zero unauthorized data retention, client data isolation, and adherence to strict security baselines.

Long-term Vision

To build intelligent software that reduces repetitive work across Southeast Asia and globally, allowing organizations to redirect human ingenuity toward creative growth and strategic problem-solving.

Current Development Stage

SXMN is currently in active research, conceptual design, and early architecture evaluation. Individual product modules are currently designated as Planned and will transition into prototype phases following formal benchmark validations.
